Meet the Author
Patrick Freeze was born and raised in Baltimore Maryland. He went to college at Dickinson in PA and came back to Maryland to start his career in property management. He founded Bay Management Group in 2010 and has been “all in” ever since. He has helped grow the company to over 250 employees and over 8,000 units under management. The company now has offices in Baltimore, Philadelphia, Washington DC, Northern Virginia, and Austin Texas. Patrick holds a real estate brokers license in Maryland, Pennsylvania, Washington DC, and Virginia. He now lives in Severna Park Maryland with his wife and 3 kids.
