Jason Huval

Jason Huval has been in real estate since moving to Austin in 2004 and started investing in Central Texas properties as soon as he got here. He has been a licensed real estate broker since 2008 and has worked in property management since 2005. Jason is co-founder of one of the largest residential property management companies in Austin, and today leads a brokerage with more than 1,500 real estate agents. Over his career, he has personally bought and sold more than 200 investment homes across Central Texas and has helped hundreds of clients buy and sell their own homes. Jason specializes in helping Austin-area rental owners identify, acquire, and manage properties that deliver long-term returns.
