Patrick Freeze

CEO – Bay Property Management Group

Patrick Freeze, the visionary founder of Bay Management Group, has turned his passion for real estate into a thriving multi-state business. Armed with a degree in Economics and Business from Dickinson College, he started his journey over a decade ago, initially managing a handful of single-family homes. Today, his company spans multiple states, employs a dedicated team of over 200 professionals, and manages more than 6,000 units.

With more than 15 years of experience in real estate, including 12 years specializing in property management, Patrick’s expertise is solidified by his licensure as a real estate broker in three states. His professional success is matched by his strong commitment to community involvement, where he actively contributes to various local organizations.

Our maintenance supervisor, Ben, is awesome and is quick to address any issues that come up (not that I’ve had many or anything). He’s also great at communicating while coordinating when I’ll be around for them to come in. Can’t say the same for other properties I’ve lived at!

Our property manager, Mauricio Pérez, has also been so wonderful in handling any questions or concerns. He responds quickly and has always kept his word when following up on things. I appreciate his hard work!

Director of Property Management

Edith Lopez is the Director of Property Management for Austin and has been with BMG/Stone Oak for 4 years. With 6 years of experience in the property management industry and a professional background in hospitality and vacation rentals, Edith brings a strong customer-focused approach and operational expertise to her role. She is also looking forward to pursuing her Texas real estate license in the future as she continues to grow within the industry.
